What Oracle products do you support?

We focus on Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, APEX, OIC, OCI, BI Publisher, Discoverer, Oracle Database, and related Oracle reporting, integration, middleware, and platform workloads.

Is this a replacement for Oracle Support?

No. ERP Unlocked is an independent services firm. We help diagnose, remediate, advise, and support your Oracle environments, but Oracle Support remains the source for Oracle software defects, patches, certifications, and official support positions.

Do you handle password resets and L1 help desk?

No. The model is intended for Oracle product, module, integration, reporting, database, and platform issues that require experienced analysis.

Can you work on production?

Production work requires appropriate authorization, access, change approval, validation steps, and rollback expectations. We prefer non-production validation where practical.

How are requests priced?

Requests are sized as Diagnostic, Small, Medium, Large, or custom advisory/project work. See the Sizing & Pricing page for placeholder pricing and examples.

What happens if the request is bigger than expected?

We pause, explain the findings, and recommend a revised diagnostic, ticket, advisory, or project path before expanding the scope.

Can repeat accounts access request history?

Yes. The Account area is reserved for request history, account details, access-readiness notes, and future portal features once login is enabled.
